Indeed, i'm starting to think that myself...
Plus everyone knows.. if the euro zone goes down.. so does everyone else.. except the Aussies.. they seem to be avoiding an economic slump...:exclamatiTo the internet.. I need to complain about something!0 -
If you wanted to consider selling I think you could try doing so prior to completion, so that you are selling as brand new, and may not need to pay completion yourself. I am not sure quite how this works but think this can be fairly standard for people buying offplan to sell on prior to completion, often realising an increase in the price - you would need to take professional advice on how this works and whether your stamp duty could be avoided by selling prior to completion.0

Australia is highly linked to china, and things look much les s rosy there now. If you exclude mining they are basically already in recession. And with a huge housing bubble too...0 -

It would be far fetched as a first post, the fact that he had hundreds of prior posts with a completely different identity makes it utterly unbelievable.
There are plenty of people wanting genuine advice on the internet without wasting time with trolls like this.0 -

I very much doubt he is suddenly a half millionaire from the states who knows nothing about UK property but has decided to buy one on a whim.
I'm not a troll and I'm a genuine person.
It's hard for you to believe that people like me do what I did - that is your problem, not mine.
I wouldn't be wasting people's time here if I just felt like it - you think I don't have better things to do?
Yes, I grew up in a bubble if you say so, I know how to make money, I've never invested in my life (except for my business!), the closest thing I have ever done was putting the money in a Savings account.
Now it would be nice if you or other ones would adopt the concept of - if you have nothing to say then better if you just don't say it.
Thank you.0 -

Thank you.
I think we're all in awe of someone whose life savings have grown from £250K to £400K in 6 months.......
