Edinburgh Zoo Tickets 4/5 June 2012

Hello. I was wondering if anybody had an idea of where to get tickets from for Edinburgh Zoo this coming Monday or Tuesday the 4th/5th June. I have told my little girl that we would take her to see the pandas for her birthday, and have only just realised after booking a hotel, that you have to book!!!

Edinburgh zoo have sold out of the tickets, and i am going to be in the dog house!!! There doesnt even seem to be any on ebay. I am after a family ticket if possible 2 adults and 2 children.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are so many walk up slots available every day but I'm thinking you would need to be there early on Monday and Tuesday to get a slot.

Maybe if one of you got to the zoo at 9.00 am opening on Monday and see if you get a slot before paying for entry.

Found this link I posted when they just arrived which says "around one third"

but I'm really not sure if this is still the case due to the popularity. I went in January midweek around 10.00 am and had no problem getting a time slot but it wasn't a bank holiday or school holiday. The schools in Edinburgh aren't closed on Monday but are on Tuesday so perhaps Monday will be the best bet and if you aren't successful you could have another go on Tuesday.
