Surprisingly excellent service from Talk Talk!!

I know there have been thousands of people with problems but I had very good customer service from them recently.
I couldn't log onto the internet so I phoned technical support which happens to be a call centre in India - spoke to them 3 times with no luck which I expected. I then said I didn't have access to a phone in front of my computer and I wanted someone to call me back on my mobile to go through everything with me.
The lady from Bangkok took my details and lo and behold, around a day and a half later I got a call from a young geordie man on my mobile who went through everything with me. He even phoned back the next day to check everything was okay.
I couldn't believe it. I really didn't think I would ever get back on the internet and would have to change provider as I am near the end of my contract.
