Rent increase, will HB increase too?

Hi, looking for some advice please.
We privately rent our house, and get housing benefit for part of the weekly rent amount.
We have been informed today that from the end of June our rent will be increasing by £10 per week. When notifying the council of this, will the HB increase if all other details are still the same, like income?

Your HB will be based on the LHA rate for your household. The increase will only take affect from your LHA anniversary date
I currently manage a Housing Benefit service and have been working in Housing / council tax benefit (as was) since 2001.
