Bad credit score, not on ER and in debt help please!

Hi ive got a bad credit score and the following debts and advice appreciated thanks!

£1300 on Santander CC @ 28% (roughly) = £33pm
£1400 Overdraft with Bos = £40pm
£1000 Overdraft with RBOS = £15pm

Im not sure what i need the BOS account is my main account with my salary £1300pm being paid in.

Was thinking i need a good cc to balance transfer but just rejected for a BOS one

Any advice?

You will want to get on the electoral register at the very least.

Why do you think getting a balance transfer card is going to solve your problem?
You need to go over to the debt free wanabe board and prepare a statement of affairs.
When you see in black and white where your money goes it will be easier for you to cut back and throw the extra money available to you to reduce your debts.

My advice get in the debt free board and stop borrowing,fill out a statment of affairs. You're in a vicious circle and it's not going to end until you own up to where you are
