Vehicle Control Services Ltd Sheffield

Good Afternoon all,

I need some advise on the following Private ticket I have received in February. Basically my partner received the ticket whilst parked on a piece of land/road just outside her work which had very little signage and any indications of charges. No pictures were taken on the day by my partner and by the next day there were signs everywhere!

So anyway she ended up with a ticket a long with another 12 cars parked up.

After lots of research online I have read that a private ticket comes under contract law. Now I decided to email them providing them with the following reasons why I am NOT paying the ticket:

· I was not the driver of the vehicle on that day and have to proof of my whereabouts, I legally don’t have to specify who was the driver on the day. Please prove who the driver was??
· An email from the council indicating that the road in question is a public highway although some parts are a grey area could be private land. (although the ticket states the roads name nothing more)
· The unreasonable cost of £80 which cannot be justified which is now £120 due to late payment.

Since receiving this ticket I have had 3 payment demands, all with the usual threatening tone of court proceedings. Yesterday I received a letter directly from a solicitor acting on behalf the company claiming the payment. I would assume this is pretty standard and something they are will to use to “scare” someone into a payment.

Now before I act on this letter do you think they would actually issue court proceeding’s? I personally feel I have enough evidence against paying this unfair ticket. I also don’t want to be in a position to pay court proceedings.

Any help and advise would be much appreciated. The company in questions Is Vehicle Controls Solutions Ltd.

Thank you.

I can answer your letter :

Your appeal has Failed, the amount of £120 is now payable.
So dont bother, read some more but keep these in your mind set
It is an impersonation of authority scam:
the Characters in the acts of impersonation are:

    Parking Authority Company
    Debt Collectors
Solicitors advising free legal advice (lies)
More Debt Collectors offering reduced value
    The Last act of impersonation
    A vanishing act:
when they finally give up and go look for a mug that will pay a scam and fake impersonation of authority parking ticket.
The Law is on your side, Ignore them.

I don't think that there is a law preventing people from sending cash to anyone who asks for it. Any way it will not affect you, as you had the sense to come here first.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Vehicle Control Services are deep in the poo over the last Court case they tried about two weeks ago. Kicked out by the Judge at Scun thorpe County Court as they had no right to issue any proceedings. And ordered to explain their actions.

If any of the tickets were issued on a public road, they are for the high jump.

Looks like they have pressed the self-destruct button....

You will only be wasting your time trying to reason with them. These companies do not do reasonable or reputable. They are there to try and get your money, not to see justice done.

Simply totally ignore them and anyone else who writes to you with their hand out. In case you hadn't realised, this is a FAKE ticket which no court will enforce.

That doesn't stop the chancers ASKING but that is all they are doing- asking.

As the advert said- just say no.

Or rather, just say nothing. They want you to contact them, so don't give them that satisfaction. As you have correctly deduced if they don't know who the driver was there is nothing they can do.

So don't tell them. Just ignore them. Totally.

They will go away. Tell all the other people too!

I would like £30 for the information please. Rising to £60 if not paid in 1 hour and 12 minutes.

Then once Mrs Malkyh debt collectors limited gets involved the fee will rise to £90.

Then I'll pass it to Daddy Malkyh solicitors who will get involved and MAY get the courts involved so you'll end up paying £5,124.52.

Your choice. You have been warned (and will continue to be warned many times until I give up)

Who? The PPCs or the government? There are days when I wonder who are worse.

But, things don't seem to be working out quite as planned for either of them at the moment. :)
