What happens about the National Insurance contribtions after your ESA 365 days finishes , if you have the 8k in the bank or a working parner and are not eligable for ESA anymore, how do you pay your national insurance stamp towards your pension ? hope someone can tell me please

The claim continues (unless you close it), but on a 'credits only' basis.
If you become iller, and become eligible for the support group, you also would resume being paid.
in addition, 8K in the bank will mean you get (8K-6K)/250 = 8 pounds less a week, but remain entitled.0
