I have been advised by CAB that a DRO is likely best course of action for myself.

Just wondering how many others have had one or know of people that have had one?

Plenty of people on here have. Hopefully they will respond.

Is there any particular questions you have? Or just some general positive or negative feedback?

i recently lost my job but am appealing this.

i think if i got my job back i would still qualify for a dro as i think my normal wages minus normal expenditure was leaving me with around 40 spare a month (usually wasted but thats a different matter)

Will you have travel costs to put into your statement of affairs that weren't in it if you return to work?

On your Statement of affairs (incomings and outgoings) currently you wouldn't have travel costs to and from work as you are not in work...correct?

So if you were to return to work, would you have travel costs to add to your statement of affairs?

Going to work not only gives you more income but other factors are needed to be taken into consideration like the fact you will be paying out an amount on getting to and from work!

I hope that makes a bit more sense :)
