How Long coming off credit rating!?!?!?

Hi quick question have 2 creation cards both now as from today paid in full, i have just posted a letter informing creation to close them and i have destroyed card. Can someone please advise (roughly) how long before they actually are closed and off my credit rating!

they will be marked settled within a month and remain on your credit file for 6 years

Can be up to a couple of months for it to show as closed on the CRA - a month is being optimistic but possible.

It will stay on the records for 6 after the date the account is noted as closed
