Hi, I sold an item last week, in the listing it said that the item would be sent in 3 working days.
The buyer kept pestering with 'has it been sent?' 'when wil it be sent?' etc etc.
He then sent a nasty email on thursday saying when am i going to send it, (basically felt like he was accusing me of running with his money - all £30.00 of it!). So i checked on royal mail website which said that it had already been delivered, sent him a nice email, saying it had already been delivered and heard nothing back....
Until yesterday, he sent me an email saying it didn't work and he's sending it back to me. So it's taken him three days to decide it doesn't work.
What can i do?

What is it and what does he say is wrong with it?
Post the item number so we can look at it.
He sounds a nobhead who is trying it on so be careful.0 -
