I made a payment recently to Vanquis (the minimum) just in time for the date tomorrow - I paid it a few days ago but it is not showing up on my bank (I guess it might need updating), or on the website as paid - I have a printout of the payment that was made to confirm it but am worried this will not alter things..

I can't afford to miss a payment as they are supposed to give me an increase which I could really do with right now and won't be given one if I go over...

Is this just a case of it not being updated yet?

Vanquis seems to take a while to request and process payments.

For example, a card payment I made to my account on 3rd April didn't appear on my bank statement until 6th April. And didn't appear as a credit to my Vanquis account until after then.

However, when it did appear on my Vanquis account it was dated 3rd April.

Presumably you've set up a direct debit for the minimum amount to fall back on?

I don't have one no.. I know its stupid! I really keep meaning to set it up and this will be the push I think.
