Hello all,
My first update in June... Time for my mobile upgrade so decided to keep my iPhone and go to a SIM only contract for £10.50 per month rather than the £45 which I had been paying. So a saving of approx £30 a month for the next 12 months. I'll not add this until my bill comes in so I know the exact amount.
Also got £60 from the electricity company as there had been a problem and we had been overcharged. It's amazing what you can achieve if you actually query something rather than just accept it as being correct. The refund was £120 but half goes to my lovely boyfriend.
So I'm reporting £60 / £300 for June so far.
Must try harder as half the month has disappeared already!! Haven't taken the plunge and started ebaying yet but as its free listings I will make myself do it!
good luck to all xxWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
Franby and Rosie
we are all allowed to be gentle to ourselves and have treats you know.
We are great at being frugal, thinking of ways to save money, etc but we must also allow ourselves to enjoy life otherwise there is no point in what we are doing.
So enjoy your takeaway tonight Rosie and Franby, hope you got something nice with your birthday money.0 -

Also found out 4 weeks after mc I'm pregnant again! Fx for a sticky baby this time!
Congrats Nat and take things easy.
I had my table top sale today and minus the table fee of £5 and the £3.90 i spent on coffee, cake and a pair of earings i made a dreadful £5.40. It was only a small hall and not well advertised so not many punters. I have lots of books left over so hoping to sell them online via one of those multiselling sites. I also have an app for threading a ladies eyebrows tomoro so thats £5 in the kitty. I have decided to put all the money i make into a pot and use it at the end of the month to pay some of my catalogue debt off. The interest on it is aweful and at the rate im paying it off i will never have it paid off.No More Buying Books: read 0/25; Bought: 0

Think I will be ok for this month, and with the bits on Ebay for next week, I'm thinking of increasing my target to £15 a day. Will give it another couple of days and see how I goHalf of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
So tired. Back from dads with a car full of selling bits. It's going to take me forever to sell some of it, some of it is just junk. Urgh, my bedroom is majorly full, I feel like a hoarder surrounded by carp! Listing overdrive tomorrow along with listing on FB. Dad said I can take a cut but I don't feel comfortable doing that, I'll give them the money then let them give me some if they want. That's not why I'm doing it but can't say no to easyish money!£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0

I spent over an hour last night listing 12 items on ebay, all for only 99p. I tired the tubrolister programe but couldnt get the hang of it. It al feels like a lot of effort for stuff which may never sell.No More Buying Books: read 0/25; Bought: 0
