Tesco Credit Card .Trying to pay bill on line?

Hello.
Has anyone tried to pay a bill on line today?
I get so far then it says cannot complete transaction, so I rang my bank, they tell me to contact Tesco CC as they are not accepting payments through the bank on line.
Rang Tesco CC, after giving my secure details my mobile cut me off saying the number I have dialled is incorrect?
What is going on here...anybody know??
