hut/shed advice

Hello all !!
im after some advice/help/pointers anything constructive! I need to build a hut built for storage - some garden tools ladders - bits and bobs - have used trust a trader and some1 is coming round on friday to tell me how much it is/time scales etc etc ... i have a rough idea of what i wanted .. until a friend asked what foundations i was using ... @ that point i realised i may be a bit under clueless ....
about 5m x 4m - pitched roof - water tight obviously - insulated
double doors - probably a felt roof ....
any assistance appreciated!!!!

Often cheaper to buy already made or in 'panels' than having purpose built (shed that it - not foundations!).0 -
We bought (had made) a 12' x 8' shed 5 years ago and it is just sitting on a frame of 4"x2". Main point being shed is OFF the ground.
Search out some local joiners who specialise in sheds.0
