How to check internet headers in emails

On previous version of Outlook 2003 I could right click on incoming email(without opening it) from a source I was not sure of and under "options" could reveal the source of that mail. This was very useful feature when concerned about validity of sender.

Just upgraded to Outlook 2010 and cannot for the life of me find a way to it in the new version.

Someone out there must know how! Please advise.
