I think instore you would need the SEL - so no DTD.

However if you want 3 for £2 - as long as it says so on website you could do a shop at Asda and then do APG and get a nice difference. I can confirm this worked for me today (11.30 am shop with apg at 3.00) of course you will get an extra 10% as asda was not cheaper. So if you live near go get - if not going today check price on MSM first. :)

Thanks for this, but I've never tried to do a DTD and not sure what I have to do? Do I buy the same items, in this case the Fairy, then ?? do what with the receipts?

Shelf label says £12 but there are adverts on the Plinths which say Iams Cat/Dog food Buy 1 get 1 free 568g/1kg/3kg

The 3kg cat food does not work.

£48 refunded after a small battle!!

Well DD doesn't work in this case any longer. But if you get it again - you go through tills pay. Then go to customer service with your receipt and point out you were overcharged - most will give you the double the difference refund (but half of this is what you have already overpaid so always factor that in).

I was saying that you could shop in Asda if you have one near and do a shop and then go online (details are on the receipt at the top under the asda logo). This needs to be with other items (minimum of 8 different items - so 2 of same item only counts as one). See page one of following thread and look at section for asda in first post for more detail re apg (asda price promise). Its just after the section with all the linkys) Remember the price could change overnightH HTH.

Sorry for delay I was on the other thread and then cooking tea!
  • Just bought 3 Cadburys medium selection boxes which were marked as buy 1 get 2 free and got charged for all 3 of them at £3 each!

I only noticed when I got home so I had to go back to the store for a refund. The person in charge said this mistake does not qualify for DTD - is this correct?

    This is definately not correct!
You have been overcharged, so they should be giving you £12 back for the DTD. Why did they say this mistake does not qualify? any errors made should qualify for DTD. go back and demand it!
