Hi,

I know Jet2 have restrictions on cabin baggage, we are a family each taking hand luggage as our only luggage.

2 cases fit just within the 56cm dimention the other 2 dimentions are well within. My daughters cases however, go 2.5cm over which is the handle.

My question is: is it worth worrying about - shall i just buy new cases or as we are not checking in will they actually check ?...

I know rules are rules but I just thought it may be worth asking the question.

Any help appreciated

when we used them for tenerife, they just weighed our hand luggage, it wasn't measured.

You'll be fine, they're reasonably laid back for a budget airline

They may have gauges at the departure gate and may check and you may get charged. When I worked for them, staff were supposed to check but had no means of charging if a bag was oversize. Of course, things could have changed since then (Aug 2011).
