Hsbc - foreign payment charges

HSBC added the foreign payment option to all their business customers internet banking recently. They decided to charge everyone for this service whether you use it or not (a bit sneaky). if you do not need this service they will remove the facility and the subsequent charges - BUT ONLY IF YOU CALL THEM and tell them you don't want it. I have been told that they are currenlty receiving a lot of queries about this charge (Re complains)
