10,000 tenants behind with their rents

10,000 people? In 2005 12% of property was privately rented and about 18% was social rented. In 2012 it's going to be higher now.
So... If we just take these 10,000 as being a combination of social and private tenants that's a massive 0.23% of tenants.
But as most journalists aren't usually clear and go for the headline number instead of the real info that's a huge 0.34% of tenants. Both percentages will be lower if we used today's numbers.
I'm surprised that homelesskilled worker didn't use the 0.23% or the 0.34% number to make the point or use it in his subject line of the thread... but then again
I am not making any point, I just posted the article.
Please have at least one attempt at posting without your emotive bit*hing0 -
Quite, I've noticed that about you.homelessskilledworker wrote: »I am not making any point, I just posted the article.
So trying to discuss the number of tenants asking contacting the Consumer Credit Councelling Service is emotive bit*hing now.homelessskilledworker wrote: »Please have at least one attempt at posting without your emotive bit*hing
It sounds more like you don't have a constructive intelligent reply to my post. Thanks for confirming that by the way.0 -

Is that 10,000 brand new contacts or do some people ring a few times over that 12 month period, racking up the figures?0
