1.The prize is for 2 people sharing a room for 7 nights at the Ibiza Rocks Hostel and includes return flights from Liverpool on 18th September and includes luggage and transfers.

2. A supplement will apply for departures from other UK airports outside of the specified dates.

3. This prize excludes transport to the departure airport.

4. All departure dates, flights and hotel are subject to availability.

5. Departure dates for this prize are as follows: Liverpool airport, 18th September 2012.

6. The prize can only be taken on the dates specified otherwise a supplement will be charged.

7. Teletext Holidays will pass your details on to the relevant 3rd parties to arrange your holiday and car hire.

8. Spending money, travel insurance, airport taxes and any other expenses incurred such as telephone calls, laundry, food, drinks, etc are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner to settle. Tips are not included.

9. In order to enter the competition, entrants must enter a valid email address via The Student Pocket Guide website (https://www.thestudentpocketguide.com). Entrants will only receive email communications from Teletext Holidays should they agree to receive third party contact on The Student Pocket Guide website. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails from Teletext Holidays, they may unsubscribe or update their preferences from the newsletter at any time.

11. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid passport and be a resident of the UK to enter this competition.

12. There are no cash alternatives or substitutions, and the prize is not transferable to another person.

13. Closing date is Sunday 1st July 2012.

14. Booking must be made by Saturday 18th August 2012.

15. One submission/entry per person.

16. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email or phone) within 28 days of the closing date. The first selected name will be the winner of the holiday prize.

17. The competition is not open to employees associated with Teletext Limited, The Student Pocket Guide, their families, and any associated companies.

18. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.

19. In the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable, Teletext Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Teletext’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. Teletext Ltd reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and age and address as directed by Teletext before such person may claim their prize. In certain circumstances, Teletext shall, at its discretion, require any person to present themselves in person supported by such documentation for identification purposes (we will reimburse all reasonable travel costs incurred) prior to releasing the prize.

21. Teletext Ltd. shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on the Teletext website. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
