DLA renewal. Disability the same, circumstances changed.

My partner's DLA renewal isn't up for quite some time yet, we only got it in November. She gets the higher rate for both care and mobility. I just have one thing worrying me right now. That figure approaching 90% was correct last time I looked in '11. Fortunately the DFG has been inflation protected [ the nasty party must have missed that one] until '15 and remains at £186m. I have often thought that a dedicated UK wide register [ LA's HA's] of adapted homes would give the disabled and the working disabled in particular a fighting chance of finding the few suitable properties.
