Lancelot Investments SARL - anyone heard of them?

a family member has been taking some financial advice recently and has been recommended this fund manager

I googled a bit and it seems they are a privately owned swiss investment house

anyone had any experience of them?

thanks

"The underlying 'Two Seasons 21st Century' Funds are
managed by Jacobus Kellermann of Lancelot Investments
SARL, a privately owned Swiss fund manager with over
USD 14 billion in group assets, of which over $300Million
is invested in the Two Seasons Fund. Mr. Kellermann, a
graduate of Stellenbosch University, is a member of The
Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and has a long and
successful award-winning track record of investment
management and research with Investec, Ankh Analytic
and MitonOptimal prior to joining Lancelot. Neither
Lancelot Investments SARL nor Mr. Kellermann has any
association with the similarly named but totally
unconnected failed Lancelot Investors LLP of Illinois or the
successful Swedish fund manager, Lancelot AB."

Is the family member based in the UK?
Are they experienced investors who happily invest off the mainstream?

I believe what they offer would not be regulated and have no consumer protection. As such, it isnt typically suitable for the average person.
