Thank you for contacting Simply Tap™.
We have been investigating the issue and unfortunately there is a technical issue with the app today, which should be resolved tomorrow.
Can I please ask you to ensure your personal details are correct on the app and try submitting the order again tomorrow. As long as the details are correct the order should be successful.
If you find this is not the case and an error message is still appearing please let me know and I will investigate for you.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and if I can be of any further assistance please let me know.
Kind regards
Will at Simply Tap
Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow, when I'll probably find it has all sold out! If only I still lived at my old address, that postcode is recognised.
Maybe someone is trying to tell me not to have more chocolate ??0 -

It's calmed down now and finally let mine go through if anyone else wants to retry. The site's not up for email confirmation atm but my mum said she was able to purchase the chocs okay without it and has the payment confirmation etc emails.Princess Sparklepants0

Nope not working. Hubby tried it on his iPhone, took his credit card details and then wouldn't let him proceed! I've just sent them an email saying I'm not happy they've done a data capture on us. Considering they seem to be very quiet about the problems people have been having they aren't very high in my estimations!CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
