Has anyone else had a problem with this company? I have used them once before & no problems. However I placed an order (only £12 luckily but still very annoying) on 6 May 2012 and although they have debited my card there is no sign of the order.
After 3 e-mails and no response I left a message on the answer phone. I then got an e-mail asking for my full address & postcode (despite giving them the order number in earlier mails). This was sent by return.
In total I have sent 7 e-mails and left a message and still nothing. It is impossible to speak to them as the phone always goes to message.
They used to advertise in the weekend papers so ASA complaint possible but not sure where to go otherwise.
Any advice?
