FIT and EDF anyone got paid yet

We had our installation installed on 14 February 2012. We send the forms off to EDF some days later. Got a confirmation letter quite quickly and then it went quiet.
I phoned them a week ago to ask when they were expecting that the registration was completed. They said that they were still processing Dec/Jan. applications, but I told them that I had seen on a forum that some weeks ago somebody had already received all their paperwork who had only installed in the second half of Feb. No, EDF was currently only processing Dec/Jan and in order of received applications and I would still have to wait some weeks, maybe more.
The same afternoon I received the documents by email. I have now send off the signed terms + a meter reading. We will see how long it now takes before the first payment arrives.
I would suggest that it is worth to keep phoning them. I should have phoned them earlier and more often.
Good luck everyone.0 -
EDF have just asked me for my first meter reading :j - just over 6 months since I applied for the FIT last December. So that gives some idea what the backlog is at the moment. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -

Follow up on my text from 28 June: two days ago EDF emailed me that my payment is on its way; today it reached our bank account  (paid uptill 25 June). It all took a bit more than 5 months from installing and applying till proper registration and first payment.
Now I hope that the payments will keep coming regularly
