    Hi all

Thanks for your kind words. Have had a busy day at work! Decided to be completely non-MSE today, bought three tops and a chocolate bar. Grand total spend of £31.55 and feel much better for it!! It's a little bit naughty but the first time in a long time that I have bought something that isn't one of the three F's (Fuel, Food or F-ing Bills!)

I have enough money for the rest of my life... as long as I never have to pay for anything again!

    Good Afternoon All

Sunshine - Thanks for starting us off, so sorry to hear you so down, stay strong you are doing great and we are all behind you. Cheering and supporting each other and definitely no judgment is the reason this is one of the beat threads on MSE .

Gorgeous day here again, havent really done much but I'm happy, have managed all the important stuff, my home is clean and tidy and we're all happy. I seem to be getting the hang of dealing with anything that pops through the letterbox straight away and its making a difference, just a small thing really but it makes a difference, no surprises and everything filed or actioned straight away. Today's list

Check Banks - Done (v tight again)
    Check swapits - Done
Washing - Done & Line dried
    Work (11.30 - 1.30) - Done
    Filing - Done
Keep up to date with surveys - Done
Keep on top of emails - Done
    Quick tidy round - Done
Update food tracker (34lb off) - in progress
    Meals from stores - Done

Hope you've all had a great day, love you all.

    C xx

PS Missing Perni, La E, Pixie, Yargo, Stitchy, Candy, Josie, Karb and all the other regulars - hope life is treating you all well :A

All done for today, Sunshine, we all deserve a little treat now and then to keep us on the straight and narrow, so dont be too hard on yourself. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

May start the ironing now I have got rid of the pain between my shoulders, I think the steroids are taking effect and I am generally feeling much better in myself, things are moving off my chest and I no longer have a sore throat, just left with this pain. Decision made - off to do ironing now, may even wait up for hubby to finish work as fed up of my own company.

Catch you all tomorrow, night all xx
