Ok,
first bacKground:
I purchase an item on ebay via "buy now".
Paid via credit card through paypal.
after a day the seller was not registered on ebay anymore.
So i contacted him/her. He/she replyed that the item will be shipped.
After 2 days i wrote him/her again, no reply
and after two days wrote him/her again, still no reply.
Now after 10 day, i was thinking, should i call egg (credit card company)
to raise a chargeback or should i go through paypal ?
Any help is appreciated
and thanks in advanced.

Start with a paypal dispute. You can always cancel it if the item arrives.
Was it valuable? Are there any tell-tale signs of dodgy behaviour that might explain him being NARU?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Well the seller had 31 positive feedbacks,
untill recent.
Then someone left him/her a negative feeadback
and then suddenly he/she wasn't registered anymore.
Was £25 and the item was listed
without the buyer protection thing.
