warning entropay prepay cards - suspended accs

I opened a prepay virtual credit card with entropay as it seemed a good idea to have a limited anonymous card for internet purchases.
It was good for a month so I loaded up my card with cash for future use, and then they suspend it requesting a long list of identity info, passport, bills, photocopy of other cards.
Update 1/6
Entropay have sorted my account, but in the meantime I got a Prime prepay card and that was easier as I just bought it from a shop and no docs requested!

They are covered by the Financial Ombudsman - so you can have some fun with them
(£500 case fee etc)
Their complaints procedure is quite amusing

"CH2 How to Complain to Us
We recommend that you use e-mail to contact us with your complaint as this is the fastest way for us to resolve the matter. If, however, you want to send us your complaint by post, you must do so by recorded delivery (or equivalent). Unfortunately, complaints sent by a postal service that does not record the sending and the receiving of the post will be disregarded and Provider will deem that no complaint has been made. "
I imagine this company has a lot of customers who are unwilling to complain to the Ombudsman , if it was me I would complain to the Ombudsman and get a few quid compensation at the expense of the companyHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
