Does anyone know what clematis this is??

It was already in the garden when we moved in. It dies back every year & this is the first year it's had loads of buds on ~ I think it's because I tied it onto an existing trellis last year (instead of 'weeding' it by accident a few times
). The flowers are lovely & big.
Thanks.

looks a bit like clematis ooh la la or nelly moserThere is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Thank you everyone
I didn't know there were so many different clematis that look the same, iykwim?!
I've googled all the ones suggested & I think it may be the Clematis carnaby, although I'm not 100% sure!! The photo doesn't really do the colour of the flowers justice ~ they're a much brighter pink in reality.
I just wanted to know what it was so that I know how to look after it, when to prune etc. although I seem to remember someone (Joe Swift??) on Gardener's World saying that 'if clematis flower before June, don't prune'??

There are 3 groups with different pruning regimes so you need to work out if it flowers on this years new growth or on last years shoots.
(I found that out the hard way when I got overenthusiastic on hacking things back at the wrong time and ended up with about 3 flwoers the next year.)
This might help.

could be a Hagley. I don't do the big flowery ones, like 'em small like the Texensis group.0
