help with phoenix recoveries

Hello,
Could someone help with the correct contact details for phoenix recoveries? I have a default from them that should not be on my equifax credit report, as it is from 2004.
I have raised 3 seperate complaints with equifax, and they are useless, they gave me contact details for arrow global, i have called twice and wrote a letter and sent it recorded. It is turning into a nightmare.
I have read that they are registered in luxemburg, what can i do to get this default removed? I have my credit report from 2010 which shows the default from the original creditor, but now phoenix must have bought it and it says "query" bank default in 2011. So this has been going on 8 years, and i have complained to equifax since 2010, with no success!
Any suggestions please?
