Where can I buy Wood Shims?

I'm in the process of fitting a new door frame and I need some wood shims (little woodern wedges of wood) to take up the space between the hole and the frame.
I've tried B&Q and Wickes etc but nowhere seems to sell them. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy wood shims or something similar.

I did think of that but I rather buy them if they are available as I dont really have the time to mess about making them.0

Get plastic ones. Wood will rot and go soft over time.0
