Tension rod and centre support hook

I have got this long tension rod with three centre support hooks on my new UPVC window and it stays up for a while and comes down again. I have read this is common the sticky part does not stick well esp in this hot weather. I am wondering whether anybody has ever used super glue on UPVC or any suggestion hot to make it stay up. If this goes on I am going to drill in the wall and use net wire which I am reluctant to do. Thanks

I had the same problem with the stick on ones (the ones that are the adjustable rod that has the holes on the end to put on the sticky hooks). I replaced with the proper tension poles and the ones that don't need the support hooks have stayed up fine. The bigger one seems pretty sturdy, I adjusted the tension rod as tight as I could wedge it in and it doesn't seem like it's going to move, even without support hooks. If it does come down again though I will be trying the 3M Command sticky hooks as I've heard great things about these.0
