Not all are lvegetables but hey strawberries and rhubarb aren't fruit. It's like the old difference between knowledge & wisdom. Knowledge informs you tomatoes are fruit but wisdom stops you including them in a fruit salad.

I'll eat any veg, only thing I don't particularly like (but will still eat) are boiled carrots.
Talking about culinary likes and dislikes, the only time I've told anyone what I don't want, is whilst traveling through parts of SE Asia....No Bow Wow and no snake:D0 -

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

ooo..fennel. i love fennel (but only raw). I can't stand cooked fennel. Sweetcorn is now top 10 but only when we pick it fresh. beats anything else when you pick it and boil it in 10 mins
and all your sprout haters. sigh. sprouts are lovely!!! they are only rank if overcooked. boiled for 3-4 mins, then sauteed with garlic and chilli and bacon with a drop of sherry/shiaoxing. nom nom nom
I don't particularly like potatoes though. It seems weird. The only ones I like are the freshly harvested ones, boiled for 7-8 mins, then butter and fresh chives. Maybe they don't really taste of potatoes then?
eta: what about celery? lots of people seem to have strong opinions of them as well.
much pollen around, i can't stop sneezing lately.0 -
I love celery, but love it most cooked.
Sweetcorn i prefer raw off the coi just mainly like veg.
I can be a bit funny about tomatoes, mainly because there are so many bad british ones, but i particularly choice to avoid if possible tomatoes with chicken or fish. (ruling out things li,e bouillabaise and bisques) but somethings with that combination i love....one of my few failsafe fish recipes is baked cod, new pots, tomatoes, onion and olives. On paper its not a meal i would like, but actually i love it. One of the reasons i tryi not to giveup on good ingrediants i am iffy about.0 -

This is a good article which I'm sure most will have read.
