I had to buy a birthday card and small gift on my way into work this morning as I was rubbish over the weekend and didn't make it to tesco! So spent £4.79. Going food shopping tonight but I'm going to get OH to pay for that ;)

The pregnant ladies I know of did not or have not got a fishy odour about them!
  • Yay - a no spender for me! I just stayed in the office at lunchtime instead of trotting off to town but even so, I expected a colleague to come chasing me for my lottery money and there is a birthday and a leaving collection going around too but I left work with my purse intact today. Did think I might have to buy some emergency gravy but DH found some on the top shelf of the newly cleared out cupboard! Don't remember seeing that yesterday.

Do, however need to buy a new duvet and pillows for my new bed. Others should have been thrown out years ago, but am going to wait until Thursday when I get paid.

    Hello everyone.

I have spent £4.20 on parking and that is it. Parking is unavoidable if I'm to work, so budgeting going well.

I feel like I have no life though :(

I loved those days when I used to blow half my day's earning's going out after work

    Oooh, my first post!

£2.60 on lunch at work - salad bowl and slice of cake, was it worth it? Probably not, too much mayo on the salad stuff and I didn't really need the cake.

I think I'll boil a couple of eggs tonight and make egg sandwiches to take to work tomorrow - I find doing any kind of packed lunch a bit hard as I already take some muesli for breakfast and some kind of snacky thing for mid-morning.

I leave home at 6.45 am and then work 7.30-3.30, so I don't fancy brekkie before I leave home.
