Primus telecom

I have recently moved - six weeks ago and since then my home phone line has not worked properly. At first it just lost connection, now I can only phone people out of my local area. No local calls will connect. Five Openreach engineers have tried to fix the problem and have now given up. I phone Primus customer service (that's a joke!) daily and they promise to call back and never do. Every day I speak to a new person who promises to call the technical dept. (is there one?). I ask to speak to a manager - they are in meetings all day would you believe. Shall i just give up and move to a new company - will I get my money back for a service I haven't had?

I am on here looking for another phone and internet provider because I am looking to get rid of Primus.
Been with them a year and they were great...........until things go wrong.

No phone for a few days, then no internet for 2 weeks and now had the same problem as you with only being able to dial local calls for the past week which just got sorted today!

Customer service is a joke. No one knows what they are doing and they all tell you a different story and then blatantly lie!

If I was you I would get rid!
