You want contents only cover or just the home emergency?

If the latter a few off the top of my head are British Gas, Homeserve, Direct Line Insurance

You can get cashbackfor BG and DL through Quidco too.

There are more limitations with the DL policy - and BG doing a yearly safety check too

There are lots of others but a lot just in name only and are serviced by Homeserve

Home Serve for plumping, electric and drains and inside gas pipes about £12 a month. I use this and then a plan from British Gas to get my heating serviced and fixed if it breaks down for about £22

Hope this is what you are after.

You have to be carefull what you exactly get as some of the things are already covered under your home insurance.

    £12 a month?

You can go and open a Halifax Ultimate reward account for a tenner a month (cheaper for staff) and you get it for free, on top of mobile insurancre, travel cover.

That will be for the lowest form of cover though

The cover provided on the Halifax's ultimate reward account is exactly the same as the add on its home insurance which usually costs £4.17 per month, up to £250 call out
