Barred but still getting calls

Hi all

I have sent the Barred letters off and i am still getting Phone calls. It is in black and white that it has been over 6 years so i don't know why they are still calling, what would be the next step for me...sorry just a bit unsure

phone the idiots (especially if you have proof they have received the letter). Also, then quote this is now harrassment and they are breaking the law in continuing to contact and try to get the debt paid after you informed them it is barred!

Would i need to send a more formal letter, they are still calling and sending letters

Agree 100% with this also NEVER, EVER PHONE. With creditors everything should be done in writing.
