Sent away my claim form as my currently claim ends in a few months for DLA. Already looking at what if I need to appeal.
Does anybody know if Legal Aid is possable for a Lawyer to prepare and represent at the appeal hearing? I have no faith in my local citizen Advice to be frankand would rather have a professional deal with my appeal.
Cheers.

Legal aid is unlikely to be granted as it is not within a criminal court. the CAB, welfare rights and local charities offer advocacy services, but if you wish to have a solicitor present then its likely you will have to fund it yourself.0
