contactless payments

Hi which banks offer contactless payments enabled debit cards with current accounts at the moment im with HSBC and they don't do they plan to bring it in and if not which banks offer it I know barclays do you can use contactless on the buses near me now thats why I want it

HSBC have started issuing contactless debit cards now.

So if I ask for a new card will I get one which is contactless as my current card expires this November but has had it the magnetic strip has gone

I would just ask for a replacement debit card and see what turns up!!

Or if you didn't want to go through the hassle of changing bank accounts, you could get a separate prepaid card - the debit card attached to the O2 Wallet is contactless and you can top it up directly from any other bank account.
