Thomas Cook reduction for bed and breakfast

Hi, Ive found a holiday through Thomas Cook where the choice is half board or all inclusive. However it also says on the room info tab ''Bed & Breakfast available at a reduction for Half Board guests.''
There isn't an option though on the booking page to book it as bed and breakfast? Will I have to phone and book it this way?
Thanks.

Phone Thomas Cook and ask, they'll be the only ones with the answer.
Sounds odd though, the wording is almost like you have to book as half board and then there is a local arrangement?0 -
Yeah it seems strange to me. I would have thought if B&B was an option, you would be able to choose it.
I've noticed a few hotels that offer that it at a reduction. I will phone tomorrow.0 -
Phoned Thomas Cook twice and they couldn't find an answer! very strange. Booked it on half board in the end.0
