Sykes at brotherswater is lovely, but they get booked up very quickly, there is also a lovely one on a farm on the shores of ullswater not far from pooley bridge, if you really want to get away from it all the C&CC site at eskdale is lovely, we have stayed there a few times, although it's a trek as you have to go over the hardknott pass to get to it, we have also stayed at the site on derwentwater but you have to book a min of 3 nights I think and it's quite busy there, although kids loved itAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
