Replacing DG window locks/damp room

Trying to air the bathroom. The window is locked and the key missing. Is it possible to replace the lock without a huge bill? DIY style maybe. Attempts to "jimmy it" have failed (pleased that its secure!)
The room has an extractor fan but since we had the bathroom replaced we have a real mold problem. Some areas around the shower screen join at the base are not sealed, bath seems to leak but this could just be residue leaks from the base of the shower screen.
As I used to work with Ideal, I recall that some screens shouldn't be sealed in some places - is this still the case?
Thank you wise ones

i had same issue with lost keys. i bought replacement keys very cheaply from here:

no need to replace locks at all. they can identify what key you need by your handle mechanism.0 -
