Hi,
I recently purchased an ebook ( spanish tapas) from ebay . I have no idea how but somehow the ebook was purchased twice ( 2 different item numbers)
I have paid for one item and recieved the ebook but according to my ebay another item needs to be paid for .
Ive explained to the seller who is a really nice person and we are not sure how to ressolve this with ebay, we both agree a mistake has been made. The seller is going to contact ebay and I would like to do the same but I`ve looked all over ebay and not sure how to cancel the second purchase. I dont think the seller knows what to do so advise is appreciated .
Thanks
Mark

On the internet you can be anything you want. It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.

Its' something the seller needs to do - open an unpaid dispute, and say that you have agreed not to proceed. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
The Seller needs to start a UPI Dispute stating you've purchased in error

In ebay page , click on Help at top right hand of page, you can then type in some search words such as Cancel Bid etc and click on the links0

The bid cannot be cancelled as it was a 'Buy It Now' & has already been purchased.
Post #5 is the only option without having to pay for it0
