problem regarding "my account" in "my ebay"

when i click on "my account" in "my ebay", to see how much i owe in fees. it comes up with this...

Unfortunately your current account status cannot be displayed at this moment. Please note that the "Account Status" page contains the correct information on the bottom of the right column "Balance". now thing is, its said it cant be displayed for the last few days. but, where is says "view account status, it comes up with everyitem listed, fvf fees etc.
so it isnt a full on problem, but i would like to sort it out, and see if any1 else has this problem. i have a nw credit card, and dont want to spend anything on it yet, until ive sorted it out. anyway, thanks in advance, hopes this can be sorted. cheers

also, when i click on account status, and click "show details" its saying my overdue amount is £0. now i wouldnt mind some free ebay fees!, but i dont want it messing with my new credit card, id rathe rpay them via Paypal. thanks0

They've had problem with Sellers Account status for 2 weeks as it wasn't showing our Automated Paypal payment for seller fee's of nearly £1000 till yesterday0
