Barclays online banking pre-approved loans

Do barclays still offer pre-approved loans on the new online banking website?

When logged in under the 'products' tab then under 'loans' i can only see 'pre-selected' offers which i believe you need to go through a full credit check for?

I just wondered if this was on only my account or if other people could still see the pre-approved offers somewhere?

I believe they are one and the same thing - though calling barclays I keep getting told I am pre-approved (not that I want a loan etc) but going online it says I am not pre-selected for anything.

Same here. Pre approved has disappeared for over 8 months. Maybe i would call to see if there are any pre approvals. Main advantage of Barclays approved from past experience is that there is no new credit check. They rely on insight data feed from experian and simply confirm your application when you apply

I believe it's the same with many banks same when I got PRE-approved on line with a Barclays loan it just went on account conduct.
