Anyone have any experience of being in a bidding war?

Well our offer (asking price) has been accepted :j

This morning I started to get the feeling that there wasn't another bidder after all but we'll never know for sure.

So we've potentially been screwed a little bit (£200k rather than £195k) but in the grand scheme of things we're still happy.

Fingers crossed that our purchase goes through a lot easier than what our sale did.
