On Line Fraud -

I was recently the victim of an online fraud who took just shy of £400 in less than 15 minutes online
£250 Asos
£32.99 Digital Game
Paypal £90

I informed Barclays the following day (Friday) when I noticed the money had gone from my account and then refunded the money immediatly.
Monday they took the money again (it has to show on your statement to be fraud) again after may phone calls on hold for over an hour they refunded the money.

I thought that was the end of the matter and I have new cards etc. and also transefered all funds to a savings account and drip feed my current account with funds I may need.

Saturday almost two weeks later I go to buy my grandchildren a meal at Macdonalds my card is declined twice I have never had a card declined before or ever been overdrawn!!

It transpires that its a bank error and they have taken the money AGAIN for all the FRAUDULENT transactions even though I have written proof that they have been refunded the money from Paypal

Is this theft?
What can I do about it?

Any Help would be greatly

Simon
