I presume that you parked on the zig-zags, not sure you can get out of this.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Stopping on the zig zag markings attracts that penalty. You have been lucky up to now that a copper didn't go by while you were doing it. As this is a Police ticket, it will not be easy to avoid.0

yes was on zig zag but some police and traffic wardens just told me to hurry up and it was issued while i was doing it0

do you think its a waste of time going to court then0

do you think its a waste of time appealing then even traffic warden just told me to hurry up and some police too0

So what are you saying, in the past they have just warned you? Perhaps they got fed up with that. Parking on the zigzags is regarded as serious hence the points. I would say you have very little chance on this one to be honest. If HO87 comes on he may help but it won't really be one you can defend IMHO.0

Definitely. Unless you want to add court costs as well. Stopping on Zig Zags for any reason other than something which is beyond your control is an endorseable offence and quite rightly so.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0
