Travel to Edinburgh

Hi all,

I am trying to find the cheapest way from Nottingham to Edinburgh next week if possible (I know Monday is a Bank Holiday in UK so travel would be Tuesday June 5-Friday June 8th)...so far I have managed to find return fares in the £35-45 bracket...wondering if this is the cheapest I can go or if anyone knows of any tricks that could mean cheaper travel.

If you have found return tickets at that price then snap them up. I'm only finding singles in that range - still not a bad price.

I can't see any obvious splits any cheaper

I'm not sure why you think the fact that Monday is a holiday would preclude travelling on that day - and for much of the country Tuesday is also a holiday. I would ignore the holidays and check out prices on the days you actually want to travel. However, as dzug1 says, you are unlikely to beat the prices you have found, if they really exist get the tickets bought now.

Depends where you start from, but from Nottingham it would be a long way round for it to be overseas.
