First time as signed up user after feeling so reassured i was not the first to get scared after receiving a parking fine through the post! On to my 4th letter - this one from Graham White!
Wanted to ask if they actually do stop after sending the final reminder for payment?
Have to admit my instant reaction is to challenge but thankfully after reading as much material as i could on your site i resisted the temptation of getting in touch - but the ltrs are very frightening...!! No wonder i cant find anyone in my personal or professional life that have not paid private parking fees to avoid the hassle...!

The whole purpose of sending you the letters is to get you to contact them so they can go through a carefully rehearsed spiel on the phone to get you to pay them money which you don't owe them. If they could take you to court they would- but despite their threats, they can't.
If you have read around you will know that Graham White isn't a solicitor- "he" is as fake as all the rest of the operation.
So keep ignoring, because once Graham's written you a couple of letters and got no response, they will throw in the towel. So you are nearly there.0 -
Roxburghe who is graham white have never taken anyone to court ever, I ammend that to once as they made such a pigs ear of it they will never go there now.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Yep, they stop after the final reminder as shown in the sticky thread pictures.

Really? I know loads of people who have ignored these, myself included, and another Mum at school who correctly spotted that it was a scam without me even pointing it out to her. Lots of other friends & acquaintances who have ignored one after checking it out online or asking me as they know I take an interest!
It really is not scary to ignore some letters. I have mine from 4 years ago in my handbag here to show anyone worried about a fake PCN. I would very happily collect more - I think my car overstayed in a private (shop) car park only today - and yet no more fake PCNs have come my way. Shame!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm a serial "offender". Yes, I have told them where they can go with over 80 of these FAKE tickets, Never paid a penny, never suffered any consequences. And did I forget to mention, got substantial damages for harassment off one of these companies..
So I am sure you can manage ONE? Be brave. They are nothing but crooks. It is as my friend Vax says- the great "impersonation of authority" scam. See through it, like we have!0 -
GTFA, just out of interest, when you say "substantial" damages what kind of figure are you talking?
Ball park would do.. PM if you want..Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

Thanks all, now im even more determined to hold back!! :-) When this has all blown over in a few months i can then show my family that i have won, not them!!
The only good thing thats come out of this is im anal about reading all the car park signs wherever i park these days - especially the small print!
In fact, my colleagues are now also doing the same given my experience..
Also im referring everyone to this wonderful site and comments from people like yourselves :-)0 -
3 from Graham White is usual. Occasionally you get another Roxburghe one later.0
